Shortcoming in UNP...

The biggest issue in UNP is about in-campus traffic jam. In my opinion, the traffic jam is caused by illegal in-campus transportation. Ojek is one of the illegal in-campus transportation which is many of them running around the campus that makes in-campus Street become insecure and overcrowding. If I were this university's top brass general I would widen the in-campus streets first. If the in-campus streets were wide, the vehicles or in-campus transportation would go smoothly and hassle free. Then, I would provide some in-campus transportation, such as bus. If there were in-campus transportations running around campus, the students might be easier to go anywhere. Finally, I would criminalize Ojek. If there were not many Ojeks running around this campus, in-campus streets would be more secure and hassle free. Furthermore, I will make an effort to make the policy to be implemented; otherwise, it could endanger the pedestrians.
